Life today brings with it great challenges. We are all busier than ever and stress is the norm. From being constantly connected to comparing ourselves to others and having poor stress-release mechanisms, it's no surprise that we're finding it hard.

Life events and daily hassles can be difficult to change and so it's important to find ways to switch off and allow ourselves the rest that we so desperately need.

 

I'm fascinated by the mind-body connection and our body's innate ability to self-heal if given the right environment. I'm a qualified and fully insured massage therapist, reiki practitioner and stretch coach and hold certificates in guided meditation and oncology massage.

MASSAGE THERAPY

Whether you need to relax and unwind, or you have specific muscle tension or pain, massage therapy can help. I offer traditional and deep tissue massage, working intuitively to suit your needs on the day.

I also hold a certificate in Oncology Massage and help support you if you have (or have had) cancer or are undergoing treatment

REIKI

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by laying hands on or near the body, and it is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. I am a certified Reiki practitioner and can help you achieve deep relaxation and balance.

STRETCH CLASS
MEDITATION & RELAXATION CLASS

Slow down, breathe and stretch with dim lights and chilled out beats.

 

Using long-hold yoga poses (3-5 minutes) and breathwork, we work to release tension in the major muscle groups focusing on tight hamstrings, hips and back.

Suitable for all abilities. Challenging, yet relaxing!

Often, we simply need time to be still and reset. My relaxation class is the perfect place to take a break and allow your body and mind space to rest and heal.

We begin with gentle neck and shoulder stretches, followed by marma point massage with soothing essential oil balm, some breathwork and finishing with progressive muscle relaxation and guided meditation. It's a great way to reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep, and increase your well-being.
