Frequently Asked Questions:

Q: I’ve tried apps before. How is this different?

A lot of apps can help you feel calmer in the moment. Working with me is more personal. Together, we'll build simple practices and tools that fit your life, so you can support your nervous system in everyday situations - not just during a breathing session.

Q: What if I can’t stick to it?
This isn’t about adding another thing to your to-do list. Practices are just 5–10 minutes, designed to fit busy lives. You’ll also have my support between sessions to keep you gently on track.

Q: Do I need experience with breathwork?
No - this is beginner-friendly and trauma-aware. I’ll guide you step by step, at your pace, with practices tailored to your needs.

Q: Can I do this if I’m not local?
Yes - all sessions can be held online. Many clients prefer this because they can reset from the comfort of their own home.

Andy

I tend to use the slow breathing with extended exhale before sleep... It is very calming and slows everything down.

Susan

The sense of calm I felt in my body after just 4 minutes of controlled nasal breathing was amazing.

Nicky

I am nasal breathing so much more... You have a wonderful voice for bringing calm into a hectic world.
