

Meet Sue
I'm Sue, founder of I Am Calm. I help people who feel wired, tense or overwhelmed find their way back to calm through breath, movement and hands-on support.
My approach is calm, trauma aware and responsive. I don't force change or push for release. I support your nervous system to feel safer, steadier and more at ease, one small step at a time.
Why I Do This Work
For years I spent a lot of time pushing through, staying busy and losing touch with what I needed myself. Like many people I work with now, I know what it feels like when life gets loud and constantly switched on.
I didn't suddenly decide to slow down overnight. It happened gradually through small moments of pause and paying more attention to what my body was trying to tell me.
What began as a personal journey led me into massage, Reiki, breathwork and nervous system work. Along the way I realised something important. Many of us spend so much time keeping going that we forget what it feels like to truly rest, breathe and reconnect with ourselves.
Today I bring those pieces together to create a calm, supportive space where people can slow down, soften and feel more like themselves again.
