Stretch & Release

Take time out to slow down and breathe as we dim the lights and put on some chilled beats.

Using long-hold yoga poses (3-5 minutes) and breath work, we can calm our nervous system and allow our muscles to fully relax and stretch.


The class is suitable for all abilities and don't worry - you don't have to have ever done yoga!

Relaxation & Meditation


Do you find it hard to switch off? To find time to fully relax and rest? 

During this relaxation and meditation class, we'll use gentle stretching, marma point massage with essential oils, breath work, progressive muscle relaxation and guided meditation to find deep rest and calm.
